Based in Herefordshire, Sell Dwell Staging was founded by Rachel, who has a background in holistic wellbeing, neurolinguistic programming and life coaching, and draws on the knowledge of nature and neuroscience to create the ‘Sell Dwell Difference.’
With an eye for design that maximises the space without minimising your profit, Rachel makes a house a home that clients will say yes to. She has over twenty years experience in home interiors, favouring neutral palettes with rustic elements and soft accent colours.
By choosing neutral palettes and soft, tactile textures, Rachel’s styling creates an inviting environment that soothes the nervous system. The goal is for clients to feel at ease and linger longer during viewings, and a calm visual space helps the brain to register safety, promote regulation and increase feelings of wellbeing. Cohesive styling and considered, thoughtful spaces throughout the home helps create an emotional connection for clients, and this felt connection increases perceived value and can facilitate strong offers to secure the property fast.
Rachel works with clients across the West Midlands and Wales, including estate agents, letting agents, landlords and property developers.
We offer two services, staging for sale installations and furniture rental and permanent staging installation of show homes, HMOs and SAs to get your properties ready for sale and occupation as fast as possible.
When not poring over mood boards and Pinterest pages, Rachel enjoys rural life on the outskirts of Hereford and can be found lost in a book with a coffee in the city or exploring the local countryside with her family.
